Our Gluten-Free Scone mix has already proven to be quite popular during taste testing here at our farm. I am sure you will like it too. No MSG Gluten Free

Scone Mix - 400 grams- Gluten Free, No MSG

Preparation: Stir in 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) dried cranberries or raisins (optional) or 1⁄2 (125 ml) chopped nuts (optional). Mix together 1 egg and 3⁄4 cup (180 ml) of milk. Add to dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is moistened. Roll the dough out into a flat disk 1” (2.5cm) high. Cut into eight equal pieces. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes. Preheat oven to 375° F. In medium size mixing bowl combine Farmer John’s Gluten Free Scone Mix with 6 Tbsp (60 ml) cold butter. Mix until butter is pea-sized.
