Maritime Seafood Chowder Mix - 18 grams No MSG Gluten Free
Farmer John’s Own Recipe
Microwave Recipe:
Combine in Microwaveable bowl:
1 pkg of Farmer John's Chowder mix.
300 mL (1 1/4 cup) water
7.5 mL (1/2 Tbsp) margarine
Heat for 7 minutes at medium power, stirring occasionally.
Add: 2 small potatoes (peeled & diced). Microwave on high for 5 - 7 minutes.
Add: 250 g of seafood (haddock, clams, scallops, lobster, etc.). Microwave for 5 minutes.
Add: 250 mL (1 cup) milk: evaporated, whole or cream. Microwave on medium for 3 minutes. Do not boil.
