Grilled Garlic Zucchini

There is nothing better than harvesting fresh vegetables from your own garden and tossing them on the grill. The flavours are bright and you have a whole new appreciation for the food you eat when you've grown it yourself. This grilled zucchini recipe is quick and easy and can easily be adapted for your favourite vegetable.

2 Tbsp (30 ml) Farmer John’s Savory Garlic Oil
2 Small zucchini, chopped into 1" pieces
1 tsp (5 ml) Farmer John’s Savory Sea Salt


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-low heat
  2. Split zucchini slices onto 2 soaked kabob skewers and drizzle generously with Farmer John's Savory Garlic Oil
  3. Season with Farmer John's Savory Sea Salt, 
  4. Cook on preheated grill until they start to brown, 3-4 minutes per side
  5. Serve immediately.
