Maritime Blueberry Grunt Mix - 220 grams

Microwave Method: In a 1 1/2 quart microwave dish combine spice mixture #1, 500 ml (2 cups) blueberries, 10 ml (2 tsp.) lemon juice, and 30 ml (2 Tbsp) of water. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes on high, stirring once. Combine mixture #2 with 15 ml (1 Tbsp.) of butter. Mix until crumbly. Add 200 ml (2/3 cup) milk. Stir until moistened. Drop batter by spoonfuls over berries. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on high and let stand for 3 minutes.
Stove Top Method: In a sauce pan combine spice mixture #1, 500 ml (2 cups) blueberries, 10 ml (2 tsp.) lemon juice, and 30 ml (2 Tbsp) of water. Bring to a boil. Combine mixture #2 with 15 ml (1 Tbsp.) of butter. Mix until crumbly. Add 200 ml (2/3 cup) milk. Stir until moistened. Drop batter by spoonfuls over berries. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Do not peek. Serve warm.
