Nova Scotia, the largest producer of wild blueberries in Canada, recognizes the blueberry as its official provincial berry. The town of Oxford is known as the Wild Blueberry Capital of the World. New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island are other Atlantic provinces with major wild blueberry farming. The Blueberry stuffing created with a half and half, potato and bread mix a favorite for many of our employees and friends. It can be baked in the oven alone, without a turkey as the chicken stock ingredient provides the poultry flavoring. This can be done fairly quickly and adds great flavor to your meal. Gluten free when made with the potato recipe!
