A Gluten free brownie, which is easy to make and tastes somewhat like chocolate fudge. See our cream cheese variation!
Brownie Mix - 350 grams, No MSG, Gluten Free
Yield 9 servings
Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 F). Grease an 8”x8”
(20 cm x 20 cm) baking pan. In a large bowl combine Farmer John’s Brownie Mix with 1 beaten egg and 1/2 cup (125 g) melted butter. Mix until combined. Spread into baking pan. ( Additional Variation : blend 1 egg, 125ml cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar until smooth. Then swirl on to the top of the unbaked mix in baking pan. Then bake.... this variation is used in our own cafe Sweet Jennies and is very well liked!)
Bake for 20 minutes. Do not over bake.
